Join us for the 1st Annual Move It for Mental Health Virtual Event brought to you by Crow Wing Energized.September is National Suicide Prevention Month. Lets create a community movement around reducing mental health stigma and Make It OK.
Participants get one vote towards the nonprofit mental health organization of their choice. A portion of the event proceeds will be donated to the winning nonprofit. Encourage all of your friends, family members, coworkers, and neighbors to register and vote!

Three Easy Steps:
1. You choose the activity, time, route and location.Our goal is to get people moving. You can run, walk, roll, swim, kayak or skip! Just get out there and Move It for Mental Health. We are encouraging everyone to participate the week of September 19-September 26th.2. Cost & Swag
The cost for this event is $30.00 (plus online processing fee). Additional donations will be accepted during the checkout process.
All participants will receive a Make It Ok Shirt, Neck Gator/Face Mask, Race Bib(First 100 participants only) and Essentia baseball cap(first 75 participants only)
Friday September 18th we will offer a drive through pickup of the race supplies. This will take place at 303 Kingwood Street Brainerd MN 56401 from 2-6 pm. Our last chance race pickup will be held Monday September 28th from 3-5 pm again at Kingwood.
